I'm giving this a 4 because it does not work … I use this every time people ask me if I just got my hair done. It gives my hair blond a fresh look brilliant. There are some disadvantages of this shampoo (and conditioner), return to # 1. this stuff makes me impossible to brush her hair. If you have a white bathroom tile … be sure to wash this away and do not let any stray drops purple dry. I did this and after itdried was so incredibly difficult to clean.
