I used a Polar F11 for years now, and I stuck with it, despite the difficulty in changing the battery and navigating the menus, because its polar came out with the chest strap of fabric some time ago, and they were great. However, the battery died recently, and tormented with the thought of replacing the battery once again was so daunting that I researched and bought this other HRMS Timex. I used Ironman watches for several years and were so happy with them that the management of human resources Ironmanseemed promising. After several uses, I'm quite happy with the purchase. A nice aspects: the data is much easier to read than my Polar. You can make your HR, HR percent, time spent, or the once dominant and quite large, although other data displayed. The Illuminight works well. The watch is very good (considering that Polar was pretty ugly. Restyling Polar finer patterns over the last year or two, did not help much in my opinion). The menus are much moreintuitive Polar. The chest strap, while less comfortable fabric Polar one, okay. The band breathes well ventilated. I have not tried to change the batteries yet, but should be much easier than with the Polar, which is a joke in bad taste. I also like the count-down timer, which I use for my time of rest periods during lifting weights. On the negative side, the Polar flashing and / or beep when your HR was out of range. I know my area 3 numbers, so there is a greatdeal. The main negative is the band. If something goes wrong (like one of my Ironmans did), you must replace the entire clock. E 'integrated into the body clock. I'm going to be kind and remove it in order to reduce wear. My old Ironman broken at the point where the band would get folded when you insert the card buckle. Also, if you're a data freak, my understanding is that the ability to download Polar, etc. is better. O I know my numbers, while on the bike and aftertraining, but do not keep records, so I can not speak to that function. Overall, A-.

Just got my 2nd Timex heart rate monitor. I decided this latest model from when I was very satisfied with the old one. With the new design of the wrist strap, I hope it will last as the old was not that strong (and becomes brittle after 2 years). By the way, those who intend to purchase this product with the intent to download performance data for the computer, make sure the product includes the title "fields Xchanger" or see if your model is not # T5K263 T5K217 .. .. do not want to committhe same mistake I did.br /

I spent 2 watches others, of having to return them due to problems of size (too big), and this watch does what the revision in Runner's World says to do. 6 150 ft. I am a runner who has this subtle dimension and not trample on my arm. The figures contained good and the functionality of human resource management works perfectly with a good connection. Not even notice wearing the strap and the readings are fairly accurate / clear once you understand how to choose through the various reviews, recovery, etc features. Itwas a very nice Christmas present from my wife and I can already see some benefits or just benefits placebo as I'm putting in mileage now.

I did some research before buying this monitor HR / watch. I must say I am very satisfied. I really wanted one that measured distance, too, but everyone seems to be too big for my wrist. This watch is beautiful and I honestly have a very small wrist. I like the features and especially the ability to control all information of every workout.

Overall a good product, I would recommend. It does what it is supposed, good looks and is the right size. My only complaint is that the instructions are a bit 'difficult to understand. Is not a matter of supply, but for those not accustomed to caring with instructions that it is not quite as intuitive as I would, but. But if you are looking for a monitor to hear it's worth the money.
