When I received the STVG -999. E 'come with missing pieces and instructions. Not too happy.br / Make sure to collect some of your CDs. This gift was "this is the best Christmas present ever" Until we opened it up. That was very, very dissapointing. We had to wait a week for Amazon to send another. This time it was all in it. If fast. I give them credit. We are very happy and know that I have a Karaoke addict on my hands. This machine is quite good. WirelessMike is not great. The cable is much better. The video is okay. E 'in black and white. Actually do not bother with it. About all that we are content. Mind you I have nothing to compare it with us, but I'm happy with what we got .. I hope this helps.

I bought this for Christmas 2009 for my husband. She loves karaoke and it was something I could use with our friends and family. When he reached the door of the CD slot is not closed, like a piece of plastic had broken. We used a couple of days from the tape the door closed and then returned. Amazon.com has been great with their returns and we had a new karaoke machine for literally the day after the filing of a return. The karaoke machine sounds great and is really fun. We just need to keepcollecting more music!

When you use both microphones that is not connected to the drive makes a noise through the loudspeaker. I realize if you are standing by my Squella, but this is when you're away from the unit. I do not know what is the cause. But I do not like it.br / br /

I'd like to tell you how much fun we had with this car …. but we were not able to use it again. I received this machine as a gift from my group of friends to a birthday party. When we set up, the door hook CD player was broken. Without it being set properly, the disc will not play. I appreciated the management of Amazon's return. They sent a new one right away and I used the pack to send back. Now I have just finished creating a new machine afterthe purchase of new CDs for our Karaoke party first. What are the chances that it would break again, right? But, alas, there is a problem with the wiring of the monitor. Rattles horribly when turned on. One can only listen to a CD on it … that's it! Amazon is now saying that they will replace it as there was too many problems with this car model. They will credit or refund of the money alone. So now I am left to understand and pay for the packaging material to return this one for the "free"shipping. Very disappointing.
