This router was the easiest to configure I have seen – just load the CD and follow the signs. Enter the security type and password – did the rest. So far, the range and speed are great. Reliability is much better than my old Linksys.

Set up by default / wizard was very easy. Still need to properly configure MAC address filtering. Every time I try, it hangs and I have to reset to factory to get my router back. I have not tried the multi-access capabilities yet, nor the 5GHz band, or the functionality of USB storage. br / br / A peculiarity is in the setup for the name of the local network. The wizard does not allow the use of @ or more other characters in the name. He had to go back and change the name of the installer manual for my currentNetwork name. When I understood everything and done, my existing network adapters do not know the difference, except that the MAC addy of the router, but which are housed in one click for some, none for others. That made me happy.br / br / He was disappointed that seems to get de-synchronized with the modem, just like my previous Airlink economy. But, Airlink was easier to resync, which require only a re-connect most of the time. It 'still too early to see if the D-Link synchronizes more or de -better. But as far as re-sync needed more full power-off reset the Airlink. I need a new modem.

Purchased on 8 / 2009. Have nothing but good things to say about this router – easy to install, easy to use, and good wireless coverage. I'm no expert, but I used some of the advanced features of the router – DMZ, setup WPA, WPS (wireless printers), application routing, firewall, etc. The firmware must be updated to 2.02NA (as of 1 / 2010). No experience with the shareport yet, though. But we use P2P applications, etc., and has been a smooth ride.
