This pan is just the right size for a lot of different things. Not quite as deep as a Dutch oven, not quite as wide as a large skillet, but it has plenty of room for anything I want to make. I use it for frying, saute, braising, steaming veggies – and it’s great for starting a dish on the stove and then finishing it in the oven: no need to transfer the food to another pan. I also like the small, manageable handles – no long skillet handle to interfere with other burners or stick out over the floor.br /br /The nonstick is great. And it’s a lot tougher than my old nonstick.br /br /Just one caution: the handles get hot, so have your potholders handy.

This is a nice non-stick pan. The delivery was super fast. Excellent.br /The only thing I notice is that there is a weird sound coming from the lid whenever I turn on the heat with the lid on the pan. It “ticks” at a long intervel. Does this sound come from the metal material or the glass, I don’t know.

We’ve used this often for nearly a year. The glass cover broke while cooking. The cover is made of SAFETY GLASS so there was no danger except to the cooked food, which was discarded. We called Circulon and explained what happened. A new cover was sent immediately, followed by a check to cover the cost of the food. We certainly will buy this brand again, as they are very fair.

I agree with other reviewers that the handles do get very hot but it’s a versatile size, totally non stick, I find it very useful.
