Soul-inspired reading! – Alison Woo – Charlotte, NC
Adriana Trigiani’s books are not just words on paper; they are an experience. br /br /She has the most amazing gift of story telling that is so intimate; it makes you feel like she’s talking directly to you. This is a contemporary must read for women who are both married and single as it looks at the choices women make. Not really chick-lit, her books belong on every savvy woman’s book shelves. br /br /I never thought after the Big Stone Gap series that the author would be able to create a series of books that I would love more, but she’s done it again.br /br /Oh, and if you have a chance to see Trigiani in person. Do it! Send those kids to a baby sitter, biy the train ticket and get thee in the audience. As enchanting as her writing is, in person, she reveals that she is her own best character. She is a delightful and authentic human being whom I could not say enough good things, ever!
Outstanding! – Lorene –
I really enjoyed this book. Adriana Trigiani quickly draws you into the story and she makes it way is too hard to put the book down. Her books speak to my heart whether she is writing of big Italian families or Big Stone Gap residents. I look forward to reading more of Valentine!
Love, love, love this book! – Lulu Le’shae – San Antonio, TX
I could not wait to read more about Valentine and her wonderful, Italian family. I first read Very Valentine last year when it first came out, my first Trigiani novel. I finished just wanting more and have waited patiently for the next book to be released. I must say that of all the Adriana Trigiani books I’ve read, VEry Valentine and Brava Valentine are my absolute favorites. I love her cast of characters and the details she gives on the shoes they make and the food they eat. My only regret is that I can’t purchase a pair of those beautiful shoes!! Valentine has a fabulous family that fights and loves with such passion. Just make sure when you begin reading this book, you’re have plenty of time to finish it, because you won’t want to put it down for a second!
